I made a post on my blog showing how I make game camera mounts and found some might find it useful for them. My friends didn't think much over them until they started using them. I just made 5 more for one them to use now. ;)

It came from trying to figure which tree to get the camera and then sticks to shim them if they pointed up and not have trees need the food plot. We just shove this rod into the ground and angle it to look up or down hill and move on.

It is as simple a scrape angle iron, rebar rod, welder and brass bolts and nuts.

I use aluminum flat bar stock about 1/2" X 1/8" bend it to a right angle put two holes in one leg and one near the end of the other for a 1/4 -20 bolt. Two deck screws into a tree then mount the camera and use a crescent wrench to bend the bracket until the camera points where you want. Take a short aluminum ladder and a battery power drill and you can mount them up high which cuts the losses.
