I just tried to buy some tickets and read their privacy policy. Turns out the ticket sales are being run by a Canadian company, and they readily admit they collect and give away just about all of your information (less your actual CC number).
But at least they say you can opt out:

As it says on the back, its a Sportsman's Bash. Essentially a Bull Roast, where at the appointed times the designated prizes are raffled based on your ticket number.So what is it? Meal + raffles? I don't get it.

Honest truth , ran out of food , and so packed and cramped in like sardines .
You guys need a bigger hall or space better sound system could not hear it outside under tent .
