Anyone use the Hornady FPB bullets or OPG Thor bullets?
I have a new toy coming next week. I'm looking to stay subsonic to keep the noise down in my neighborhood. I purchased some of the 350 grain FPB bullets.
(they were more than $11.99 though)
Thor comes in different sizes so you can test your bore with a test pack of one each of the 4 sizes then know what to order.
going subsonic, I wanted a heavy hard hitting full bore bullet. This seems to fill the bill. Oh, I did not want a Maxi Ball or great plains cause my new toy, I'm told, does not like the lube
My hunting distances are anywhere from 15 yards up to 60 yards max.
