I am eagerly awaiting MSP to approve my HQL since Nov 15. It seems that the way its going I wont see a HQL card til after the first of the year.

That being said..

It was suggested to me that BBestPawn might be in a group of IP here that might consider sellng me my first Md handgun and allowing me to process it later when my HQL card in hand does arrive.

Is that the case?
Id like to take advantage of sale prices if at all possible and your location is not a long drive from here.

Thinking I might like to take advantage of the 2 in one month registration deal Maryland allows us as well.
