It seems you are looking for features given the first two listed. That leaves out the Ruger. Personally, I would go RO Springer Elite.
I shot 3 different Sig 1911s couple weekends back. The Tacops has the 4" barrel plus NS, but is not produced this year. All have pic rails.

You can’t go wrong with the Ruger. I have two in my wrecked canoe and am happy with both.

You should check in with 2A Sales and Supplies. They get Dan Wesson "blemish" products in regularly that they sell for prices that might surprise you.
