Best HBAR to Purchase?

What would be the best HBAR config to purchase to start from? Windham? etc. Starting with better quality parts so less changes would need to be made later.

Windham Weaponry makes a good rifle for the money, but the Colt 6721 HBAR is considered one of the best available. We have both in stock if you want to check them out.

The only thing(s) that you'll want to do to it (or any other similar rifle) is remove the carry handle, install a Magpul rear sight and add an Aimpoint PRO.

Excellent co-witness. Excellent rifle/sight/red dot combination.
