Im also about 7 mo in on a form 3 suppressor. also on the trust....

10 months in on a SBR Form 4 Trust. “Pending” whatever that means
I think I'm ready to get back in line again soon.

Form 3? Are you sure about that? Form 3 are dealer to dealer transfers.

How ever i think the suppressor is transfers from silencer shop to Balt best ffl
as a form 3- balt best handles the form 4 transfer to me .
Yup, thats the way it works. The Form 3's are electronic now. I have heard of 24 to 48 hr turn arounds on them. But that is dealer to dealer. I am 9 months on a form4 trust now, so be patient.

I'm not far away from my 308 can. I 'm waiting on a 9mm Osprey too. But now I want the integral 10/22 takedown suppressor.

Hopefully those idiots in DC will get their act together and everything will be settled by Monday. So, everything should be back to normal by Tuesday or Wednesday. IF everything goes right, you may have only lost a day or two.

Good news the government is funded til the 8th of February. But that's only a short fix. Let's hope they get it fixed right this next time !!

I'm getting silencer fever, my check was cashed 4/29/17. Last night I mounted the muzzle devices.

Purchased an in stock suppressor on Form 4 (individual) and check cashed 11 August 2017. Approved 17 Jan 2018 and dealer received stamp 23 Jan 2018.

CC was cancelled due to fraud. ATF tried to charge mine today. One month since submission.
