In NJ a handgun can only go to and from a range, gun shop, and from place of purchase to your house. It is not clear if it is even legal to go through a drivethru. I cant wait to leave NJ.
I currently own a home in Md and a home in De, I am so tired of the md laws I am ready to switch my license and get my De licsence and become a perminent resident of De. What are the laws when someone moves to De concerning firearm purchases, do I have to wait after getting my licesnce, do I have to re-register all my guns in De, Etc...? Does anyone know the answers to these questions, plus it is my understanding De is not as strict, paper-laiden and full of you know what as Md ex: no more 20 rnd mags in October, new handgun laws...
Once I get my Driver in Delaware how long doers it take till i can apply for gun permit purchase and then CCP?
