The EAA Witness comes with 1 magazine, box and owners manual. Its in good condition with some slight blemishes on the finish.

my 0.02 - For those unfamiliar with the Witness, its a great shooting gun. Its pretty much a CZ75 clone. I cant tell which model this is but I am 99% sure common CZ75 mags will fit (including aftermarket mec gar ones). I already have both Witness and CZ 75, and if I did not already own both I'd jump on this...

Your right they are basically CZ75s

The Price is in the post at $495.
They didn't make the 66-3 until about 1986 so it is definitely not C&R.
I don't know the exact year but can look into it.
