I know of several shops in Maryland that sell magazine replacement parts. If you were to buy one oe each you could then build a standard capacity magazine outside of Maryland.

I already asked this question a few months ago. Magazine parts kits are 100% legal. The magazine would need to be assembled out of state though.

Depending on what you have, some rare M14 mags can be highly collectable and worth good money. You may want to check out the M14 forum.

I recently tried to buy mag springs to replace a couple lazy ones I have from CDNN, and during checkout I was prompted with a message saying they wouldn't ship a 30 round mag spring to MD...

CDNN won't send handguns to Maryland either...even if it comes with a less than 10-round magazine. They simply don't want to run afoul of the law...a blanket policy.

Same with those A***holes at SARCO. They won't sell a C&R to a MD C&R because they are afraid.

... I've had a few other sellers quote SARCO "lawyers" and refuse to send to MD too.

I'm perennially PO'd at PSA for refusing to ship ammunition to MoCo. They used to, and it's perfectly legal, but . . .

So I give my money to those who support my liberty.

I had the same problem with PSA. Tried to buy a complete AR-10 and they wouldn't sell it to me. They said the only way was to buy a stripped lower, LPK and stock kit and a complete upper(or upper parts). Makes no sense but it cost me less to build it so I just bought the parts
