The bx triggers are worth every dime dont waste money on kidd or other expensive triggers. Get a bx you wont be disappointed.
Do the bx triggers still have that crappy detent pushing on the back of the trigger like the stock trigger? Or is it a real trigger?

Any other recommendations besides the BX Trigger? I have a Ruger Charger.

I have several BX triggers - while they are better than the stock trigger by a mile, I have other triggers in my precision 10/22s.

One of my favorites is the Brimstone Gunsmithing Tier 2 trigger. I bought mine complete from S&P Outfitters for $100 or so on-sale but you can also send in a stock trigger pack to them and have it done for $80 or so. Since a BX trigger costs $50-60, I think it is a screaming deal.

My other precision 10/22 has a older (2008-ish) Timney trigger pack that is set at about 3.25 pounds - not the lightest but absolutely reliable and crisp as can be - no take-up and short reset. But it is over $200 so I think the Brimstone is a better deal.
