I have a problem with them too. I think most of us do. Honestly, it's not hard for the IRS to nail just about anyone on. More trees are harvested to print the tax regulations each year than to make chopsticks in China.

"Hinky people" are the kind that would agree to being exposed on TV and allowing someone else to fabricate "drama" with the footage. Look at any "reality" TV show; the networks don't want normal people. They want drama. "Hinky people" make drama.

What did he do to originally loose his FFL license? There are a lot of open questions on his whole program.

Didn't red jacket have a similar issue where they lost their FFl and had to have a third party come
in as either a partner or new owner.

Yep Red Jacket had the same trouble. Poor Record keeping. They had to have an employee be the FFL for a while.
