In preparation for the 12/11 Appleseed Shoot, I am doing some upgrades to my new 10/22. One of them is a Volquartsen 10/22 Target Trigger. In trying to install it, the new bushings make it impossible to reinstall the cross pin. I cannot reduce the pin size enough and still have the pin stay in the receiver.

Any ideas? (Google is my buddy as is search on rimfire central)

    Never mind.....

Really, really had to tap it (hard) in and through. Nice crisp break!

Thank goodness for poly bench blocks.

I've been interested, but the giant price tag for a .22 trigger group has always kept me away. Do you have a trigger pull guage? Kinda curious as to the weight. My .357mag has a crazy-light trigger and I know that is the reason for it's excellent accuracy. Some day I'll get the Volquartsen out of my wishlist and into the cart, but I'd like to pull on one first to see the benefits.
