I had a chance to shoot in light wind. And the results were pretty telling.

I tried to be very consistent with the mount of the rifle and the trigger pull. I wanted the Xtreme bullets to excel. But alas, no amount of zen made up for the inconsistencies in the bullet.

All cartridges used resized 5.56 cases, CCI small rifle primers and were trickle charged to 24.7grains of ARCOMP powder.

The Xtreme bullets, out of my AR carbine, seem to add about 1.5 MOA over the Sierra Blitzkings. It is possible the bullet does not like that powder charge. But the results are pretty stark. I know this is not a perfect test, but it's enough to tell me where where NOT to spend my bullet dollars.
