Hi Gang,

I really like the 168grain Sierra MatchKing HPBT bullets in my Garand. They are bloody accurate. But the things are like 30 cents a piece!

What comparable bullets are you loading that might be a bit less?

These soot nicely in my Garand. Availability comes and goes.

Hornady AMAX are every bit as accurate, and a touch less expensive. I like the 178's.

paxfish...that's a great source for M1 & 1903 loads. Thanks, I'll have to keep my eye on availability.
