My post was NOT directed at anyone here on this forum .........I'm sorry if someone took it personally because it was not intended that way.

Well, I for one think that NV has some very valid points.

First off, this is not exactly what I would call a “Republican Strong Hold” state. In order to defend the second amendment here, and to have any chance of getting a “Shall Issue” law passed, we as gun owners, are going to need to not only reframe from insulting Democrats, but take the time to lesion to there view points.

Second off, I have always thought of this board as being pretty much non-partisan, with some pretty partisan posters. I would like to keep it that way as much as possible. That is not to say that I want to avoid the issues. Guns are very political, like it or not. And people that are here to support he second amendment, are by that fact alone, politically active.

So, maybe it’s not just the personal attacks on fellow board members, but on the every one in the political arena. Maybe I should not reference Hillary as the Hillda beast anymore, and just point out that I don’t think she is the right person to choose my health care provider.

Lets cut the PC Bullsh1t and call a spade a spade. :)

Lots of folks appreciate some of the more colorful discussions that occur so...I would advocate folks to grow a skin and stop crying for "Fairness"

At the end of the day I'd still sit down and drink a beer with Novus despite the fact that he advocates some Socialist Dem Positions that make my skin crawl and stances that frankly I believe that are counter to personal freedom.....I secretly believe that Novus will become a moderate conservative someday once he graduates from College and is taking home a paycheck and looks in horror at how his money is used.

    Winston Churchill was quoted saying "Any 20 year-old who isn't a liberal doesn't have a heart, and any 40 year-old who isn't a conservative doesn't have a brain."....

Norton has every one of those stuffed animals to help him go nighty night.....

That and the fact that they are probably life sized sex toys and act as Decoys for a would be robber in a dark house. ;)

Sorry...I'm really on a roll today.

Yep........and when that happens he may want to take a second look at some of those "Social Programs" that he thinks people are entitled to.

I am a moderate, on one hand I take the conservative stance on guns and think the death penalty is fine, but I also think its ok for someone to be gay and for women to have abortions.

The only dems I would bash are those that have a track record of being idiots, same goes for republicans with bad track records.

The problem with being a Pro Gun Dem in a far left state is that 99% of the time the Pro Gun Dems are instantly written off as damaged goods and forced out of office. Take John Giannetti for example. Now they are trying the same crap with Jim Brochin. I don’t give a flying F what letter is next to your name we ALL need to help these people.
