I love that they state that the court is obviously political since so many important decisions result in a 5-4 vote. So the 5 vote is political but the 4 vote is not? Basically, their people are just doing a bang up job while the people who they don’t agree with are politically motivated. The hypocrisy is just overwhelming.
Thankfully this “restructure” will never pass. I would be amazed if this proposal would even get 30 votes in the senate let alone the 60 that would be required to make it law. There are just too many Democrats in swing states who know they would lose their next election if they did this obvious power grab as well as the fact that there is no way in hell the DNC is going to get 60 senate seats in 2020. They will be lucky if they can even get to 50.
