Wondering if any MD PI's had unrestricted permits and if so, if they could share the wording via PM or publicly with us. I appreciate it.

Nope, they don't right now. Same business permit restrictions as other businesses.

Not to get all semantical , but wouldn't that actually be " usual Businesses Restrictions for Private DETECTIVES " ? Private Investagators would likely have same language as the rest of the Security Related occupations .

No, actually, is would be the same language for businesses, with the name of the PI business.

    Thanks

Well, guess this is OBE now for the better. I'm glad to see it finally happen - removing restrictions for business owners, but will not be totally satisfied until MD moves from MAY ISSUE to SHALL ISSUE. Hopefully this is a signal of things to come. Thanks everyone who answered and for all of those pushing for our inalienable rights conferred upon us by our founding fathers.
