    13er is a kinda a tongue in cheek reverence to those who joined up after the FSA13 bill was passed. At the time there was some concern with antis getting in, and then that some came in with a head full of steam, but no where to go... For the most part it is a joke now...

    Nothing against 13ers then. The more the merrier! I do remember it being awfully quiet around here when I registered. I guess now I know why lol.
