    Just in case, and for the benefit of any visitors :

    Should the MGA be inclined to overturn the Veto, thus eliminating the HPRB , agrieved parties will not proceede diriectly to the OAH ( Ofc of Administrative Hearings , aka Administrative Law Judges ). Same 10day window to file appeal .

    Pretty sure this is just a typo by Biggfoot44, when the GA overrides Hogan's veto all it will do is remove the intermediate step (HPRB) so that appeals will go directly to the (other rubber stamp for MSP) OAH.

    To say nothing of their violation of the COTUS, or any oath they may have taken to protect and defend same.

    Another expensive time-wasting pseudo-solution to a problem created by the MD Democratic Party machine, loved and supported by two-thirds of Maryland's voters. It's that nasty Republican governor who caused this, by appointing the wrong kind of citizens to a citizen's review board.
