cash and carry if its a factory built rifle but i believe it still needs to be tranferred if it was built from a stripped receiver aka other.
So not to be a pain in the neck, but does this mean a face to face cash and carry is gtg? Or do I still need to use an FFL and have the buyer go through NICS?
No FFL needed.
All legal (non banned) long guns in MD can be bought and sold face to face.
I usually ask to see a driver's license so I know they're a MD resident. Some people want to see an HQL. The details will be worked out by you
