My buddy sends all his hides to the big Fur trade auction. They also list general auction prices depending on grades.

Not aware of anyone that buys whole animals. If you can find someone that wants beaver, muskrat or raccoon for the meat, you might be able to sell whole.
Even if skinned but not finished, you will be losing around 10-20% on what little money you’ll get
