    Damn, I bought mine almost 2 months ago but didn't even think to complain. Wonder if it's too late to be remedied. I'll call tomorrow.

    Don't think it's to late but be ready to be on hold for a long time.

    That's nothing. I was on hold for an 1hr and 15mins

    Unacceptable.

    My initial estimate was 29 mins. Every 1-2 mins you get an update and it went from 29, 27, 22, 27, 25, etc. It got down to about 18mins from the initial 19 but I had already been on hold for 25 mins :wtf:
    So it could have ended up being an hour, who knows.

    I gave up as I had something to do and couldn't wait any longer. But it means I probably won't be ordering any more uppers from PSA.

    If it makes you feel better, I have seen purple m16s before, I think they might have been Bushmasters but I am not sure.

    I went back in the safe and looked at mine. It's actually a bluish greenish color as opposed to the purple color of my coworkers' rifle that I posted. Mine is much less noticeable. I might actually get it cerakoted so no big deal.
