    At least 5 and possibly more of the "loyalists" in the joint committee DID NOT VOTE FOR the bill when it was on the house floor. Covering their butts for the possibly last vote that they will say is the only one that really counts.

    In the committee it was always 83 for, over and over

    In the MD senate, like the US senate ... rural areas have proportionally more power than in the house.

    There is still a considerable amount of hope that this will indeed die ... OK, E. J. ... the spot light is on you ... CRANK IT UP! :party29:

    Shouldn't be too difficult to find the pattern of who voted no to the amendments and then flipped it around and voted no for the entire bill at the end to save face.
