    The most recent addition to my Savage collection. A model 1915 in .380.

    A model 1915 in excellent condition is a serious find. Now add the SO of NJ provenance and it's a home run. Especially if it has the original magazine for the rare hold open that was only offered on the 1915. I'm so jealous of your find! This one is only the fourth Standard Oil Savage auto that I know of. Two 1907s, this 1915 and a 1917. Can't wait to see what the factory Records show.

    Thank you! I know Mr. Brower, we have spoken many times. This is my 2nd 1915 model in .380, I also have a 1915 in. 32. I sent off for a letter on this one over the weekend. I now have around 14-15 Savages, I've always compared them to Lay's potato chips you can't do with just one :-)
