    Let's put it this way...
if the holster is decent and marked (not torn up, no shoe polish, etc) and the grips aren't cracked you got the rest of the pistol for free, or close to it.
We'll have to hold final opinion until you get it in hand and can look at condition and markings on the holster more closely.
Some are more valuable than others.

From the pics the grips look really nice, if that's true they're $100-150.
Be real careful with them as they're fragile, only hand-tighten the screw.
Honestly I'd pull them off and put nice repros on it, it won't hurt the value, will be more robust and you can recoup some of the cost right off the bat.
Chances are high that the originals will get damaged if you plan to shoot it ... a split second inattention or even the shock of firing can crack them.

    some ideas on the holster:

I love early CZ-27 pistols, the high polish blue and straw hammer/trigger are just gorgeous. When this high condition example popped up on GunBroker I was hoping it would stay under the radar, and it did. Beside the fact that's it's almost mint inside and out, it's also property marked to the Deutsche Reichsbahn, or the German State Railroad under the Third Reich (DR stamped in a circle on left trigger guard). It's one of the harder CZ-27 variations to find and often goes unnoticed, as this one did, since the seller made no mention of it whatsoever. This makes the third Reichsbahn CZ-27 I've picked up well below market from sellers that didn't do their research. Certainly a small detail that makes a big difference and something to watch for!

Very cool! I've scoured gunbroker almost every day for the past couple years watching for an Astra 200 that is GECO marked to pop up from an uninformed seller (used by the Germans in WWII and very hard to find, only about ~1500 or so total if memory is correct) but no luck yet. Neat little guns!

very hard to find is an understatement :)

It's amazing what one little mark can do to value.
The little "m" on the trigger guard doubles the value of this P.38...
denotes a frame made by Fabrique Nationale, in this case one of 2000 or so assembled by Spreewerk in the low "X" block.
Easily missed, and some folks see the big "X" on the slide and think Russian Capture and turn up their nose.
Snagged this one last week, took a gamble on it that paid off so to speak.

Lest folks go off stamping "m"s into P.38's there's a few other tell-tales for this variant!

FN also supplied frames to Walther, as well as slides to all 3 manufacturers.
No barrels, although CZ made barrels late in the war marked "fnh" that get confused for FN.
