    As titled said. I would have taken the MPX to be banned in all forms because they list MPX but they also list individual models. I've also seen somone post before saying that the MPX was overturned but I'm going to go by what the MSP webpage says

    On the assault rifle list, the "Sig Sauer MPX-C-9-KM-T" is listed as NOT BANNED 12/29/2016.

    I am not sure where you got your info about MPX being banned, then overturned. I think you might be conflating MD laws with the trouble Sig got into with the extra long muzzle brake that was deemed a suppressor by the ATF, and therefore an NFA item. Strictly speaking this was not a ban either, just meant you needed a $200 tax stamp for a stupid muzzle brake. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SIG_MPX
