Actually you can manufacture without a license if you don’t intend to sell. For your own personal use. NOT FOR SALE. Fed law.

So making an auto seer would be one point.

A firearm from an 80 lower. This is legal without an ffl now, if you are not making the gun with intent to sell. Only personal private use. By fed Law.

Then combining. And mixing with state law. Like Missouri and Kansas.

No state regulation against personal manufacture. Of either item above, and the fact the because new FA is banned by the feds, their taxing authority would not exist.

So apply the Obama care ruling, without a tax, fed mandate is unconstitutional and add in the sports wagering ruling, if there are no state laws against gaming, things are ok.

Then again, what do I know I am not a lawyer!!!!

All true but limits you to only manufacturing your own with very limited or no new purchases. Even though I love to build, I wouldn’t want to have to do that for everything.

The constitution trumps all laws federal and state. The 2nd amendment is pretty clear, especially the shall not be infringed part.

Thats how its supposed to be anyway

States, esp ones like Maryland, say they won't help with illegal immigrants because that's a federal matter. Well, so is COTUS, so I think the feds should declare all state level and lower laws concerning firearms are void.
