The author, Mike Wise, used to be a sports columnist for the Washington comPost as well as hosting a short-lived radio show on 106.7 The Fan nearly 10 years ago. His columns, as well as his radio show, were constantly filled with liberal drivel. Those of you familiar with 106.7, he is the polar opposite of Chad Dukes.

"Come and take it!" is a warning, not a threat! A person ought to do what they think best, while bearing in mind the consequences may not be enjoyable.
I like to think of it as an invitation. An invitation to a party where The People have had enough.
