"This proves citizens dont need to carry. A highly trained officer who could carry legally was not able to defend himself, so how do the masses expect to be able to? What we need to do is make sure nobody has the means to injure others."

    - Baltimore ( Probably )

Seriously? How do you do that? Prohibition couldn’t stop alcohol and created violence. War on drugs hasn’t stopped drugs and created violence and a population of “criminals” just for being users. When a state allows its citizens to be armed potential criminals have to consider that not only might their victims be armed but anyone around. Maryland has done everything but outright ban firearms and Baltimore remains the most violent city. If you really wanted change:
    1. Constitutional carry for MD
    2. Reinstate the death penalty
    3. Get rid of the same corrupt politicians who have been running the city and state for half a century.
    4. Get rid of crooked cops and take allegations against them seriously.
    5. Decriminalize drug possession which will clear tons of space in the jails and courts to focus on actual crime “where there is a victim”.
    6. Also stop arresting people for dumb shit like jay walking, open containers, etc.

And now the market is almost exclusively phones that have nonremovable batteries so you can never guarantee they're truly "off". :tinfoil:

    Make your own faraday cage.

Either wrap the phone in tinfoil, or buy a small bag of potato chips with the mylar coating.

MAD,,, I am pretty sure Chuck meant his statement tongue in cheek. At least that is what I interpret possibly why he said Baltimore ( probably)
