Saw this muzzle brake and immediately thought it was similar looking to a boys anti tank and others. I dig the look and wonder if it works as good as they say.

Loud, bright, works okay. The truth about guns did a 3 part test on comps and breaks a couple of years ago.

Maybe I'm turning into a curmudgeon in my old age (late 30's), but I don't even know why people mess around with random brakes anymore, except maybe the cool factor (?). The numbers are well-known after the TTAG round-ups.

You want something with maximum effectiveness? Buy the PA M4-72, or maybe the JM brake if the M4-72 is too big.

You want something cheap and still insanely effective? $40 VG6 Gamma or Epsilon.

I wish VG6 had a version of the Gamma/Epsilon with ASR threads, I'd have them on all of my 7.62 guns.

TTAG is now a waste of bandwidth. Might've been good once, but not any more.
