So how much you think this one weighs? Ridgeback alerted us as he should only to find a big ass bear eating the bird seed. The bird feeders will come down tomorrow hahah.

At first sight the 9mm house gun becomes irrelevant as does the AR. My next thought would be, where are the slugs and the shotgun.

Nice bear. Glad he didn't try entering the house.

He was trying to work the grill… obviously. Personally I would have partied with him and cooked up the salmon he had caught.

    Great pics, BTW.

He's black, he shows up, takes some of your stuff, destroys the rest, and you can't get rid of him. I'd name him Barry.

That was my first thought too haha

What's the law in blasting them on your property. Is there a bear stand your ground law? :)

Can't blast on property unfortunately. Seems to be a nuisance bear IMO, look at how small the head/paws are compared to how fat the rest of the body is. I'm thinking this thing is WAY over 180 lbs the opening between the stairs and the railing is 4 feet.

At least 300 pounds maybe more. I shot one in Canada that was 180 and your bear is twice the size of mine. And yea they are good to eat.

That aint you avarage bear. lol. had to. and in meyersville too. cool.

Nice to see this animal. They can be a pest. I do not believe anyone has died from a bear attack in Maryland since around 1722. Or was it 1673? The :lol2::lol:Second Amendment gives us the Right to Arm Bears.
