    You might want to double check on that. It has a folding stock, flash hider and detachable mag plus if it's under 27"? overall you might not be able to buy it...

    It only fails 2 of the 3 requirements. (Folding Stock and Flash Hider)
    All you would have to do is remove the flash hider(no silencer ever) and install a muzzle break and keep the folding stock OR convert to a fixed stock and keep the ability to run a flash hider or suppressor. It passes the OAL test as they have models that go all the way up to 38". If you want a short one, you could always Form 1 the receiver and make an SBR later as it's not a copycat firearm.

    If you want no restrictions, buy now. If you don't mind the above song and dance, get one after 10/1.
