I have 11 boxes (of 20 rds) of once fired .308 brass. Is it worth selling and if so what should I ask for it?
How about once fired CMP Greek Ball Brass (.30-06)?

Is the 308 boxer primed? I have found some brass cased 308 with Berdan priming. If thats the case, its not worth your time to sell it.

The 30-06 HXP cases are reloadable -sometimes the primer pockets need swaged on those.

Before the "chaos" and price hikes, 50 new Winchester brass for reloading were $20 either on Midway.com or on sale via Cabelas. So your 220 once-fired pieces would have sold for a bit less. But NOW, prices are easily double. I saw that same bag of 308s at the Chantilly gun show going for 40$ and now that there is almost no brass online to be found, I am sure there are people paying even higher prices. Once fired 308 should easily get you 20-30$ per fifty.

I dont have any direct knowledge about the 30-06 prices, but you can find pre-chaos info online and do the math.

I would be interested in the .30-06 brass.

    How many do you have?

I don't know Berdan vs Boxer, but I have (just counted what I have)

    220 .308Win hulls (80 Federal, 20 Winchester, 120 Ultramax)
35 Greek .30-06 hulls (i gave the rest of the .30-06 to someone at the range I think)
    250 .45ACP hulls
    50 .38 special hulls

I will put this up on the classifeds.

Look inside the 308 cases towards at the bottom where the primer flash hole are. One hole - Boxer primed reloadable brass. 2 flash holes,Berdan primed & not worth your time, sell those for scrap brass, because they aint worth anything otherwise.

    I get 100 30-06 Tumbled/decap 1 X fired for $16.95
    I get 100 308 Tumbled/decap 1 X fired for $19.95

Prices right now are high because of panic buying. It is a good time to sell but an even better time to reload what you have. A box of 20 Remington Core Lokt is $22 loaded. Reloaded for about $7-12/box depending on what you use (not taking into account time spent reloading).

I'll plug Bill's Brass too. I just received my 2000 rounds of 9mm deprimed and tumbled. 100$ shipped. Nice stuff. Ready to rock n roll. Only on facebook.
