Finally the day has arrived! Calls for Baltimore residents to get involved and defend themselves and take back the city!! Right!!

    or not.

It's a call for people to do..

such things as mentoring young people or employing ex-offenders

I should have made this a poll to see how much longer Police Commissioner Kevin Davis** lasts. Already longer than I would have bet, honestly. But I bet no one else wants the job. So his leadership from behind will likely last about another 450 homicides.

Maybe the poll should be how many get solved.

** His big idea is to make illegal gun possession a felony, because even though it's already a felony, people are getting suspended sentences. Just one more law...

    Where they send me.
Article called out that the Nation of Islam was there for the announcement. Southern Poverty Law Center list them as a hate group and I think DoD still list them as such. When you choose partners like that...........

The Southern Poverty Law Center thinks that everyone who is not an atheist socialist is a hate group these days. Not really a reliable source. They are now the forefront of political correctness, and also some obvious hate groups thrown in.

No joke. And isn't there something in the First Amendment forbidding the government's establishment of religion?

Last year, the Baltimore government and citizens didn't want any police. Now, it's more police. I know running a city is a new concept to them, but maybe they could turn to another well-run Democrat-led city for guidance.

Why not just midnight basketball? :sarcasm:

This coming from the same person who said, it was "They systems fault". And when someone pointed out that she was "the system" she deferred it to the federal "system". Yea, that is great leadership that is going to get things turned around in a jiffy.

You're doing it wrong. Always expect the worst. That way you will get far fewer surprises (especially in Maryland) and the surprises you do get will be more pleasant.

My thats how I felt about our governors election

One thing that struck me as funny about that whole idea, (aside from the idea that they would actually use it), is how would they get their dirt bikes to the track? After all, they aren't street legal. I am guessing that most of the riders don't have cars with trailers.

Speaking of dirt bikes I have even seen several thug types riding dirt bikes around Main Street in Elkton recently
