    No. Form 1 is a federal issue. Hbar-non Hbar is a state issue.

    EDIT: An NFA approved SBR does not have to be an Hbar in Md.

    Do you have anything to support that an NFA approved SBR does not need to be HBAR in Maryland? Is there some MSP advisory regarding this? Something from the ATF? Some legal argument that I am missing?

    The entire 29" issue comes from the same Public Safety code section as the HBAR issue. I'm just curious here, because I would love to have the option of putting a non-HBAR barrel on my 556.
