Southern Maryland Gunsmith recommendations

Is there a gunsmith in Southern Maryland capable of milling (not threading) a pistol caliber carbine barrel to accept an Advanced Armament Quick Detach suppressor?

The only guy I know is way up in northern Baltimore County and stays so busy you have to beg him to take a new job.
