One opens up today in Severna Park. The shopping center where Chipotle/ Five guys/ Giant/ Kohl's is off Ritchie Hwy.

Beats driving to the Arundel Mills location now. That is if you live near here.

Yummy! Not bad for a large chain shop.

Sign up for their Shore Points rewards points for free subs and their email list where they send you e-coupons every other week for free chips & drinks with sub.

Probably one of the best quality sandwiches from a chain.

I have several free regular subs for this location valid next few days. You are to do a minimum donation in lieu of menu price.

And, first ones there today. Two giants.

^ have you ever been to a jersey mikes grand opening? The line will be around the block.

I have a ton of respect for how they run their business. They have a section on their website of corporate values and such that the employees must adhere to. In this day and age where it's hard to hire someone to assemble a sandwich it's remarkable that they set the bar higher to get a better employee.

Love the one near us. #8 Giant w/ Mayo and bacon, Mike's way. Get two meals out of it.

I ate at the one near me first time today.

Tasty sandwich but ridiculously overpriced IMO.

Subway not as good but half the price

Comparing a lettuce sandwich to JM.. fresh sliced?

    Blaspheme.

All to go food is way overpriced. Meal planning and making is a forgotten skillset.

In realize I'm in Mo Co, but I paid 12 bucks for a regular sized Italian with chips and a drink today.

I can get a good enough Italian at Subway for about 7.

    Is it 5 bucks better?

    You be the judge.

probably costs more with chips and a drink. Subway might have a better meal deal. I just drink water and no chips though. So just the sandwich costs about $1.50 more. It's way better than the extra $1.50 IMO

I grew up eating "Mikes Subs"...back when it was just one store and well before it became "Jersey Mikes" and started doing the franchise thing.. Went to high school with the owner of the franchise....doesn't get me anything other than bragging rights. :)

    btw: #5 or the #13.
