From my understanding. All modern P220 variants are available in .45 ACP and, as of January 2015, 10mm Auto.
Since this is a West German model I'd say it's in .45 ACP.

They have a P220 10mm on consignment. To me the negative thing about it is that it's in a camo or similar finish...probably cerakoted. It's not exactly an attractive piece which is why it hasn't sold yet.

I was in there to take a look at it and it is chambered in 45. It appears to have been nicely refinished to a matte black. Date code was kind of difficult to read but it looks like "KG" which would make it 1996 production. Comes with 5 magazines but I didn't ask to see if it came with the original box.
