    Thanks to everyone for their invaluable input.

    I decided I had enough of the Tubb Spring and replaced it with a Mil-spec Spikes Stainless 17-7 spring. Went to FreeState this morning and fired off 100 rounds of 5.56 and 100 rounds of .223.

    It was a very happy morning. The AR now functions flawlessly.
