Buddy at work has inherited a "few" guns from his father, several of which arent able to be accounted for etc. he is looking for a lawyer who can help him handle the reporting the missing and to navigate the legal hurdles to see what he can keep etc. he wants to keep himself on the good side of the law with the things that are missing etc.

I'll second the suggestion of talking with Britt Stouffer. Not only does she love guns but she is also a top notch estate lawyer, so any inheritance questions are right up her alley.

Also consider giving a call to the guys at www.MDGunLawyers.com in Frederick. Sharp guys who can actually hit a target while moving & clear a malfunction under pressure.

I was given some firearms from an old guy while he was alive. Once he died, even though the guns were in his will for someone else. To bad. And they can't be reported stolen.
