I have been researching this lately on the web and found this thread that seems easy to understand and answers my questions. It was started a few years ago and I want to make sure I am up to date with current laws. I believe I have it all figured out but do not want to break any laws so if you guy's in the know wouldn't mind just checking I would appreciate it very much.
    Thank you .
Always cautious when starting something new for a build.

You can legally buy an AR pistol, so you can legally build an AR pistol providing the lower was never a rifle. No forward grip. I glanced at the the link to other thread and don't know your question

    Questions
Overall length requirements? I have not found any but want to ask.
Lower was never built and transfered as other. So good to build ?
No stamps needed? My search says no
Like I said just over cautious and don't want anything I may have missed in 2013 or my research to bite me in the azz.

Yes and I did see the letter somewhere in my search. Maybe in the post I linked somewhere in the first few pages.

in the ATF letter they state that a vertical grip is considered 90 degrees ((as it relates to the placement on the handguard) - makes sense ;))
anything less than 90 would be considered an "angled" grip...
