I guess you've never seen what goes on during a taping session or commercial breaks. Ingraham was remarkably composed and reserved in her annoyance with poor show prep and coordination. I've seen outtakes from MSNBC where host's and guests are cursing a blue streak at the production crew.

Call it the magic of television, but even live shows can put on a happy face when the red light says 'On Air'. What goes on behind the scenes and in between takes is sausage making.
