I spoke to George Lyons today. He will be filing in Baltimore and Howard County next week.

I think the more they fight, the higher the profile for this SECOND AMENDMENT case .

The more publicity, the greater the win for our side to claim a 2A victory in this effin State.

I am surprised that Annapolis is this stupid and is going to make the taxpayers pay the fees for this nonsense.

oh wait, no I am not.

    It's not like it's their money, it's ours.s

I am surprised, simply because NJ and DC folded immediately. Usually if larger government entities fold instantly, the smaller ones will also run for the hills.
But it's good that someone does fight it. Need more good caselaw ASAP.

Maybe this case will get the 4CA to recognize "bear" outside the home.

    thank you Annapolis politicians

It wouldn't do that unfortunately. Could open up other arms being protected though.

I disagree. The 4CA has shot down 2A anything outside of the door step.

If this lawsuit gets us outside on the first stoop with a non-lethal "arm", then that is a step in the right direction.

I think that was covered in Woollard.
