Saw a new water stain inside my house from a leak along the edge of the flashing and my roof. I tried to get up to the ridge on my roof to hammer the top of the flashing back in. Too high for my 24' ladder and nerves of steel. looks like all the rain Thursday found it's way in as it was coming from that side of the house.
Anyone in the Cape St. Clare area have a long ladder that would reach and want to make a few extra dollars.
I can pay you an amount we can negotiate (~$50 or so) and/or trade some .223/9mm ammo for your time and inconvenience.
I figure it with the right ladder it will take about 15 minutes to fix.
