    I was headed down to the LGS to do a 77R on a new pistol purchase and went to log in to my MSP Licensing account at home to insure it worked before leaving. I went to log-in and was quickly emailed an authorization code to enter. I enter it and get almost logged in when I receive a “password expired” response stating I would be emailed a link to reset my password. An hour later, nothing.

    Calling them in a few. Gotta love it....

    I just logged in as I'm about to do a 77R. Couldn't remember my PW and had to get the email link sent to reset it. The password reset email came through immediately for me.

    I am forced to change password every time I log in, unless I've bought a regulated firearm within the past month.

    308scout, Did your password reset from from MSP.Licensing@maryland.gov? I just got off the phone with them, she stated that was the address I would receive the reset email from but I’ve received nothing however that’s the same address I received the verification email from and it worked instantly. She also sent me a test message which I received. I know I have comms to MSP.Licensing@maryland.gov but am in limbo now. She stated she can’t reset for me... (?????). Thanks

    Yep - my reset email definitely came from MSP.Licensing@maryland.gov. Have you tried going back to the log-on page and clicking the "forgot my password" link? Doing so might result in an email that comes through.

    FINALLY received the email to reset my password and I’m GTG. Not sure why the delay.. thanks all......
