Browning Lever action BLR Lightening in .308

I was in Tyler picking up a transfer when I spotted this. Gun is near mint for $650 on consignment. I checked with a friend who likes mine, but he is tapped out for now. Thought I'd bring this up as it is a pretty good deal and would make a great hunting gun for someone.

Chuck told me about that gun last week. I would really like to look at it and then probably buy it but I'm temporarily out of gun money. Why do cool things like this show up when I'm broke?

My BLR (also in .308) shoots about as well as many bolt guns.

Those 99's are pretty decent as well, Black Bart

I understand about the money. My buddy who I thought would be interested just picked up a couple other guns and needs some time to accumulate more cash.
