Adult wheel bugs are very cool, but don't handle them directly. Their bite is said to be nasty. (Not a bite really. I think it's a syringe like puncture that injects digestive fluids. Ew.)
I never seen their nymphs, but that pic looks like a good match to the OP.

They look like immature assassin bugs. They're actually good guys, they eat other bugs.
