Cabelas has a sale on Pietta 1860 army .44 revolvers. They sell just the revolver and the revolver plus a spare cylinder. Obviously its more with the cylinder, usually around 50 bucks. But right now the revolver only is on sale for 229 while the revolver plus an extra cylinder is only 199.

With spare cylinder: $199 EDIT: sale price is now gone.

Budman, I think you have those switched.

You would think so but last night I bought one for $199. Looks like the sale price is gone now though.

    from my order confirmation:

    In stock-Approx delivery Tue 10/13

the item number matches the revolver with the extra cylinder.

    Look at the entire list:

I got the Pietta versions of the new army '58 and the Colt Navy '51
Both were on sale when I got each.
    .44 cal
I dont' shoot them alot so was not discouraged @ the Brass frame Navy.
I have a 45LC conversion cylinder for them too and reload them with light loads of trailboss. I can shoot them with the conversion cylinders @ indoor ranges.

Be prepared to clean these puppies up, cause BP will make a mess on them.
Fun stuff and something to experience for sure. Allowed me to knock something off my "gun bucket list"

    The '51 navy
