Will magazine extensions such as Arredondo and Taylor Freelance +4 and +5 still be legal to purchase after October 1, 2013? Thank you.

As far as mag sizes go, the current mag law was changed from 20 to 10. I don't see how that will impact extensions.
An extension is not by itself a magazine. I see no problem but IANAL either.

No reason you shouldn't be able to purchase a mag extention by itself. If you installed it within Md borders post Oct 1 , and that action resulted in greater than 10rd capacity , that action would be illegal mfg of prohibited magazine.
technically, assembly has to be outside of MD
